The importance of creating good habits in our day is paramount for relieving mental blocks and supporting a clear head space. Start your day off right to kick start your energy levels and motivation to keep you moving forward. Make sure you also finish off your day with productive habits to help you wind down and get you ready to refocus for tomorrow.

Today my COTG is coming again from my driveway, because like you I am not going anywhere at the moment. Today’s message is one that has become incredibly evident, which this working from home situation is causing a lot of agents to be completely unproductive.
Many agents are becoming stuck like a deer in headlights, thinking what should I do, when should I do it and having a total breakdown from that forward moving and positive action. I wanted to share with you two key habits which I believe will go a very long way to get you back into your routine.
1. Every single morning set your alarm
I know this may sound ridiculous and those of you who have young children will have your kids getting you up early and I’m glad you have that! However, those of you who don’t have young children you must wake yourself up! It’s time to lead yourself through this. So set your alarm and get out of bed. Now that daylight savings is over, it is easier, so there is no reason for you to lay around feeling unproductive. Have an energetic start to your day.
2. Every single night before you go to bed write down your top three outcomes for the next day
If you can get your thoughts into an action list before you go to sleep I believe you will sleep better and have a positive view of what tomorrow is going to look like.
So they are my two habits, set the alarm and write down your top three action plan for the next day.
Finally, remember my mantra ‘Just Do Today’. Stay in the moment, do as much as you can and we will get through this.
