NSW: Onsite auctions and open inspections are allowed. Social distancing to be maintained and contact records of people attending need to be kept.

VIC: Onsite auctions and open houses are permitted, but limited to a maximum of 10 people excluding staff

QLD: Open homes and auctions with a maximum of 10 people at one time.

WA: No onsite auctions. Open inspections are limited to 10 people at a time and must maintain social distancing and hygiene practices. 

ACT: You may conduct open house inspections with a maximum of 10 people, excluding staff. You may undertake in-person real estate auctions limited to a maximum of 10 people
excluding staff

NT: Onsite auctions and open inspections are allowed. Advised to keep under 10 people, but can be more if social distancing is adhered.

TAS: No onsite auctions, no open for inspections. The agent can do private inspections and take two people at a time through the property. 

SA: Open homes and inspections permitted but must be limited to 1 person per four square metres, have a maximum of 10 attendees at any one time, excluding staff and keep a record of attendees.
