Rundl is a platform for multiple parties to order, approve, and deliver a professional service openly as a small collaborative community
We believe professional service delivery should be digital and should include all stakeholders. Going digital should be quick, with no code required, and the pathway to automation clear. Service providers should work under their own brand and control the customer relationship.
Rundl accelerates professional service providers’ shift to digital service delivery. We aim to give any service a place in the digital economy. A service delivered on Rundl is a great a collaboration experience combined with useful tools.
We’re at out best when lots of people and companies are involved in a transaction. We solve the unique challenges of multi-party collaboration in professional service delivery, where traditional team-based collaboration platforms don’t cut it.
The first Rundl use case was our own. The idea was seeded in the delivery of one of Australia’s largest ever programs of conveyancing. Witnessing first-hand the problems faced by service providers, their partners and customers in orchestrating a fragmented process at scale, we created a new method of collaboration in complex multi-party business processes.
- In 2011 we lodged a patent application titled “A Collaboration Computer System”.
- In 2012 a product development team came together to undertake the R&D required to deliver on the vision. A year later a successful prototype was delivered.
- In 2015 we implemented a new marketing strategy that firmly positions Rundl as a property/real estate offering.
- In 2020 we extended our core service delivery focus with solutions for ordering services and managing approvals.
Rundl operates from our head office in Prahran, Melbourne. The Rundl platform is built and operated by a dedicated in-house product development team.
The team has worked together over many years, with core competencies in product design, software development and IT operations.
We operate the Rundl platform from AWS’s Sydney data centre. The platform has reached a high level of stability and offer excellent support to customers and integration partners.
We believe our vision will give professional service providers the edge in the digital economy. We’ve built a multi-party collaboration platform around common platform patterns, standard web technologies, open APIs, and a scalable cloud-based architecture. Years of R&D underpins our patented software.
