Real Arena Launches Augmented Reality APP for Real Estate Inspections

The APP is easy to use – scan the floor plan to view a life-size 3D model of the house and you can start walking through the model as if you are ‘at’ the property,
The app can scan floor plans or an image from signboards or property brochures to project this 3D model. Hence, making it possible for your potential buyers to virtually inspect the property in 3D using their smartphones anytime, anywhere. Model of a house yet to be built which you can place in your backyard and walk through using your smartphone.
While the APP can also help visualize Skyscrapers, Residential & Commercial project masterplans it is not just restricted to 3D models. It also has the ability to make brochures and magazines interactive with the ability to start videos and virtual walkthroughs as well using Image recognition.
Image recognition takes it to the next level from QR code without having the need to create a code. All you have to do is check if the brochure or image says that it is scannable in Real Arena which the team hopes to scale to be part of every real estate marketing moving forward.
