LARKI is about getting relevant site and neighbourhood information quickly and cheaply. LARKI is a web portal for different types of digital site and neighbourhood information for early stage architecture projects. Information provided through LARKI can be used for land surveying, architectural design and statutory planning projects but might also be used for other purposes such as real estate transactions or strategic planning. Information found through LARKI includes: topography, natural features, land use, property boundaries, roads and sidewalks, buildings and other built features. The information can be provided in different types of digital files, such as: 2D CAD, 3D CAD, Building Information Models (BIM) and Points Clouds.
