Invex- Our founder and CEO, Neil Smoli lives and breathes property. Over 20 years in the industry and founded an investment property group Aviate, he has seen too much poor quality and underperforming properties being sold to aspiring property investors – who’ve saved long and hard to climb the property ladder. So in late 2016, Invex was founded.
